Dear family and friends,

Finally, a new day. The night was so troubling and my body wouldn't let me sleep through. I spent the time praying and speaking God's words to my heart and soul. My mind is weary as a result, but I am taking the path God has chosen for me today, relying on His Strength.

If you are dealing with troubled nights, and days for that matter, where do you go? Do you feel like all you do is pray and still you don't find the results you long for? That diagnosis the doctor placed on you doesn't have to be the banner over your head. His banner over you is love!

Rewired. That means more to me today than before because my computer was needing help the other day. My son needed a specific wire to make things really come together. It will have to be replaced. In the meantime, I am using my little laptop to write to you.

What about that wireing job? Maybe, all those wrestless nights that turn to prayer is exactly the path God has chosen for you and I. He certainly gets my full attention. And, I believe because He wants fellowship with us, He will use our circumstance for that good outcome.

In order to get plugged in to the right source of power we need to be in God's perfect and true Word. ALOT! Not just on Sundays but throughout the week! WE also can't expect others to fill that place we are called to in God's heart.

1 Thessalonians 5:16 begins with..."Be happy [in your faith] and rejoice and be glad-hearted continually (always);"

This isn't just when my tummy is satisfied, there is money in the bank and my hormones are balanced! And, when those things aren't just right, which can be at the drop of a hat...I am to still be happy in faith and rejoice with a glad heart...always.

Verse 17..."Be unceasing in prayer [praying perseveringly];"

Many do not know how to persevere, at least in this nation. Life is fast, so the service should be fast. Right? When we have time to spend on social media, we have time to keep a conversation going with the Lord Jesus. He died for us to have sweet fellowship now through eternity. It is up to us to choose who will be our Master.

Being thankful and telling Jesus whether in traffic or in the kitchen washing dishes is a good thing. I can talk to Jesus, my Savior at any time. The moments, minutes, hours can be consumed with thoughts of the Him, because He is my first love.

Plus, always be listening to hear what He wants to speak. When Jesus lives in your heart it is for life. So, why unplug from LIFE? And, if you knew the Lord was coming to your house for dinner at a certain time, wouldn't you want everything prepared?

This is our time for preparing before we see Him. During this time, not all our prayers will be answered. Only the ones on the path the Lord chooses. Usually it is His Word that brings me answers. Sometimes, I hear His still small voice. At those times I know I am rewired and ready for anything. I am being made His ready Bride.

Psalm 119:11 tells us that we are to hide His Word in our hearts so we don't find ourselves in sin. If the end doesn't match up with the plug-in the thing just won't work. The more I spend reading my Bible and openly talking to Jesus about what it says, the more power comes into my everyday life.

Finally, in 1 Thessalonians 5:18..."Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus (the Revealer and Mediator of that will)."

That about says all I can say for now. After last night, I am aware that more love, more power, more of God in my life comes through constantly staying in fellowship with the One Who made me. How about you?

Father, thank you for the priveledge of sharing Your goodness with each person here. I ask that You will speak openly to each heart and bring all of us into that perfect union of fellowship You designed from the beginning. We love you and will trust you for the wisdom to stay plugged into Your Spirit. Wire You Word into our hearts and minds so our souls will know true freedom. Jesus it is in Your matchless name we pray, amen.

 Abundance is...wired for worship
